It is air conditioned (silent), sound proofed, tuned to 100hz, has quadruple glazing and is independently alarmed.

It is air conditioned (silent), sound proofed, tuned to 100hz, has quadruple glazing and is independently alarmed. This room is suitable for smaller band rehearsals.
